Zevbox Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Zevbox services, including the Zevbox website, related dashboards, and connected social-media publishing workflows powered through Postiz and related integrations.

1. Service

Zevbox provides tools for managing, scheduling, uploading, and publishing social media content across third-party platforms. Features may include account connection, media upload, post drafting, scheduling, analytics, and related workflow automation.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account you use with the service, including connected third-party accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Bluesky. You must have authority to connect and use any third-party account with the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• violate any law, regulation, or third-party platform policy;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• upload or distribute malicious software, deceptive content, or unlawful material;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
• engage in spam, fraud, harassment, or other abusive conduct.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The service relies on third-party platforms and APIs. Your use of connected platforms remains subject to those platforms’ own terms, privacy policies, rate limits, moderation decisions, and API restrictions. Zevbox is not responsible for actions taken by third-party services, including suspensions, removals, reach restrictions, or API denials.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or publish through the service. You grant Zevbox only the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, and publish that content at your direction.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may change over time. Features may be added, modified, limited, or removed without notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform compatibility.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zevbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or access to third-party platform accounts.

9. Termination

Zevbox may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse or security risks. You may stop using the service at any time.
